The PFA’s commitment to its Corporate Social Responsibilities programmes continue to be at the heart of the union’s work as we seek to effect positive change in society.
The PFA’s philosophy towards Corporate Social Responsibility is underpinned by its members who can raise aspirations, inspire youngsters and encourage communities to come together.
Over the last 2 years we have been engaged in a consultation process with clubs, who provided us with information which identified and addressed under representation in Community Departments.
We have a closer look at the processes and procedures that clubs have put in place to manage and organise their community activities.
Community support comes in many forms and during the last 12 months there have been many exceptional examples of personal and group determination to make a difference in this world.
This report is an opportunity to show the process and achievements developed within community projects in football and highlights the positive influence professional footballers have during course of a season.
